Absa Bank - PATHETIC SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE!!
When we have a serious problem - it is of no use speaking to a call centre agent. In the old days the bank manager was available and now managers are not accessible (especially Lakeside Mall in Benoni). Issues regarding home loans - branches are clueless... and staff are not keen to assist in these matters.
