ABSA Bank owe us R3000

On the 9th August 2015 my husband drew money from his German Maestro Account in the amount of R3000.<br> My husband took a bit long in taking the money out of the machine and the machine swallowed the money back in again. This happened at the ABSA Express machine in Lorraine. Corner of Luneville and Besancon Road. At the Aristrocrat shop. Upon querying this and opening a case with ABSA at Walker Drive Port Elizabeth, Case no. *** they dually closed the case saying the ABSA is not responsible for that machine and will be closing their file. IT IS AN ABSA MACHINE. ABSA was unable to tell me who is responsible for the money in that machine. So in other words. ABSA has just taken our R3000. No one in Port Elizabeth can help me and I feel that ABSA is responsible for this. It is surely their duty to assist us and to find out who is responsible for that machine.<br> I have spoken to our bank in Germany and they say they cannot help us. THey can see the money was drawn twice straight after each other. It is up to ABSA to give us our money back. Surely someone could see on that day that they are R3000 over on that machine? Totally disgusted with ABSA right now. Help please
