ABSA BANK or ABCESS BANK

ABSA PRIVATE BANKING is a joke! Not only do private bankers change more often than weather but clients are not notified.

I asked ABSA IN WRITING to provide me with a log of payments made to a particular beneficiary on Thursday.

I received nothing.

I called the private banking suite at midday on Monday and Hey Presto! "WE DIDNT RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST". That old line.

Upon speaking to a "consultant" I have been informed that this is now a "NEW REQUEST" and will take a minimum of FOUR HOURS to process..

Run like hell from these bandits. I have never had such useless service in my life!
