Absa Bank - No Help

Hi Have a company in the UK called Mixcloud who I signed up with a couple years back. They have been billing me for a premium service for months now and have not given me the permium service to use. I therefore have tried with no success to get the merchant Mixcloud to stop billing me. I raised this 2 months back with Absa my bank who I would expect after providing all the evidence to stop this debit from running. Truly disappointing as nothing has been done and yesterday again another debit has run. It seems I have no choice but to close my account with the bank to be able to stop my credit card from working or being debited. Sad state of affairs when your supposedly trused bank cannot block a dodgey merchant from taking money (*****ING) from them / me....
