ABSA bank "No Care"

I am temporally living overseas, Australia and have managed to lock myself out of my ABSA account a few months ago. I have phoned my branch to try and sort it out, but they insist that I have to visit the branch to get the account unlocked. Our lives are so full of passwords and things it’s so crazy. So I was away from home and needed to logon to transfer and make a payment. Thought I remembered my logon, however ended up being wrong and got locked out. I have mailed my branch manager and still couldn’t help. This is pathetic. They have my overseas number registered that is usually used for RVN for security purpose, but still can’t do it. I will not recommend anybody to bank with ABSA. This is not on! I don't even want to give 1 star as it's not deserved with their "No Care" attitude
