ABSA BANK NEWCASTLE MALL

Really the worst customer service I have ever had to experience. The company that I work for banks with ABSA and I come and do weekly deposits. Sometimes more. Since it's a business I have to do the banking inside. It takes 30-60 minutes for one customer to be assisted. Now I've worked at Nedbank and i do understand the business que and deposits and queries and you cant tell me that you take an hour per customer as some are fast. And then you go and train someone on the business teller on a Friday this is nonsense Really I do not recommend anyone that wants to open a business account to do it with ABSA as you don't get service.
