Absa bank missing deposit
On 23/07/2020 at around 10:55 am I went to Absa bank at Kuyasa shopping centre in Mdantsane to make a cash deposit, and as I was depositing the amount the ATM gave me a message that there was technical problem and after that it retained the notes(swallowed) and it went back to the normal screen as if nothing has happened.
That deposit was due at 11:00 am and unfortunately now I will also have to pay the areas for something that I was not my fault. I then reported the incident inside the branch and the consultant that was assisting me at customer services informed me that my incident was not the first one for the day and my question was, if you see that there are multiple similar incident why not get someone to attend to it because seemingly there is a problem which I did not get a reply.
This is costing my business and the staff is unable to work due to this set back. I need someone to look into this matter and resolve it URGENTLY. I am expecting this to be sorted ASAP by whoever is responsible so that I could run my business.
The account no I was depositing to is *** with ref no *** and the amount is R1520.00. when I reported the incident at the branch I was given case no C-***0.
This service stinks and no one deserves to be treated as such. I am sure that if I was one of your platinum customers this would have been sorted by now, but tell you what every customer is equal because they all bring business and they all deserve to be treated with the same level of proficiency and efficiency.

Absa has promised that the money would be in my account by Saturday 25/07/2020 and today is Monday and the money is not yet in. I now need an internal department where I can escalate this matter and up until now my business has lost R3900 in sales and absa must pay for all the loss incurred by my business because of their faulty machines. I need the details URGENTLY.
