ABSA Bank missing deposit
Hi, I deposited a huge amount from my FNB cheque to ABSA on the 05th March 2020 using online banking public recipient. After 2 weeks I realised that the amount does not reflect on my ABSA credit card account and immediately lodge a query with ABSA.
Little did I know that I will be sent from pillar to post without resolving my query. Up to this day, the money still does not reflect on my ABSA credit card account. Guess what? ABSA Bank continues to charge me interest on the higher balance owed to them. This has been more than frustrating for me as the deposited amount would have cleared my credit card balance two months ago.
ABSA Bank has never kept its word even though they always promise to get back to me after every follow-up (I continue to lose more money). I hope this matter will be resolved soon.
