Absa bank ****ming my uif

I'm very disappointed about Absa bank at Maponya mall last year November I lost my my bank card and my cellphone and earlier this year I replaced my bank card and when my uif got into the I was unable to perform any transactions and I went back to the branch of which I was been told that was my account was been involved in *****ulent activities of which when i first replace the card the consultant just wanted me to take also a funeral cover and she did not mention any issues or *****ulent activities to my account and I didn't know any *****ulent transactions and now when I get uif benefits they telling about ***** .I want my money and I've been waiting for so long for that money and now I'm starving because of Absa bank is holding my uif and I don't recommend anyone to use that **** bank
