Absa bank ****** me off my money.

Hi Heelo Peter - there was an incident on the absa atm in hillcrest, i deposited the money on the atm using my absa bank card on the 31 of May 25 if i am not mistaken, not sure how much it was, but i think it was around +- R2 300.00, and the machine took the money and it never came through to my account, told the security guard about it and he said i must keep the slip that came out and come back the monday the following week, of which i did and they told me thet will balance the machine / investigate and come back to me..... i then waited not sure for how many days. they called in one of the days to say they have balance their machine and found only R1 400.00, i then told them that there is no way it that amount, it should be around +/- R 2 300.00 because i had just withdrew the cash send from another bank of R 1 500.00 and added a few R100.00 that were on my wallet when i did the deposit, the issue now the bank just deposited that R 1 400.00 on my account and they said they have closed the investigation. i am not happy with that, they ****** me of +-R700.00
