ABSA BANK LOANS DEPARTMENT WORST SERVICE

ABSA bank service is disgusting. I have a loan and have experienced some financial difficulties and have attempted making an arrangement. Firstly i wanted to settle the account and they refused a reduced amount. I then requested an arrangement to pay R5000 per month, which they accepted. On 28 October 2024 they deduct R4000 and then R9000, we have since been calling them and they then reverse the money and say that i shortpaid, considering it was their debit order (debicheck)but i am blamed for their messup. Now i call again and ask why they have paid back all the money and why have they not deducted the R5000 i am then told the debit order is cancelled. So now if no payment is made my credit record is bad.I have been going back and forth since the until today spending alot of airtime and having no luck. I am ready to close the ABSA account, I am fed up. The staff is clueless and you are transferred from person to person.
