Absa bank Lillian Ngoyi Pretoria bad bad bad service

Absa Lillian Ngoyi Street worst service ever, i visited the branch two consecutive weeks on a Saturday, the first Saturday i went into the branch while in the i was told they wont be able to assist everyone imagine already inside the branch i must return on we must return on monday or anytime during the week. I even asked if i can do the notice online or telephonically the guy told me i have to come to the branch unfortunately. I came today "Saturday" at 12:05 now im told they closed at 12:00 on the door the office hours are for Saturday is 12:30 even absa website confirms and some of employees we just chilling and giggling others started to leave aroung 12:25. They said they close at 12:00 because of covid no communication whatsoever with clients or to even update the information at the branch and the website. The security said he's calling the manager and 55 munites already and im still waiting for the manager all they are doing is to continue giggling and mockering the customers. Their behaviour is really appauling. I am definitely closing my account.
