Absa bank liers and *****s

Absa bank is a bank that *****s a person's money and they continue to lie daily.

My husbands SARS was paid into his Absa account, the bank had frozen his account due to the account being in arrears, once his money was paid in they took their money no problem, but now the remaining amount is still to date not available to my husband to draw. He has spoken to Absa collection department and to the bank itself numerous times and they keep on promising the money will be available in his account ( additional account created as the bank advised) but still not a single cent. Every time he speaks to them they have a different story. I will never advise any to use Absa all they do is ***** a person's money, can't they think people actually need their money.
