Absa bank late account - issue

I'm very upset and irritated with Absa bank. I opened a late account for my husbands pension to be paid into due to him passing away. I was in South Africa Newcastle when I opened it and where I reside. I had to travel to Ireland for the birth of my grandson and to be with my daughter. Prior to leaving I approached an absa representative with regards to the late account and needing the money. He then told me not to worry I can go to Ireland and he will have the money transferred into my normal bank account once it clears. Bearing in mind I need that money to be able to return back to South Africa. He now tells me he can't and I have no access of getting to my OWN money!! And I'm stuck in Ireland with NO way of being able to afford to get home! I need MY MONEY transferred into my account like I was told would happen. The only reason I came was because I was gaurenteed it'd be transferred so that way I could buy my ticket to return home. Now what the hell do I do?? I'm very irritated and upset and I have no idea what to do ? Or who to contact to have my own money released ******
