ABSA BANK LACK OF SUPPORT

I am writting on behalf of my sibling. He purchased a car from a dealer and was awarded funding by Absa vehicle finance. This purchase was made in 2018 and since then he has been making payments on this vehicle. He has not once received a statement to reflect his balance. He had numerous issues with the Absa branch to try and get information from them.

He has now been told that his account has been handed over to legal and that he should make contact with legal. He has tried to contact the legal department but also no information has been supp****. He has been told that they cannot help him as his account has now been handed over to the sheriff to reposes his car.

Up til today he has not received a statement and he has been told that he must go to court to fight his case. It would be highly appreciated if someone could assist by providing all the bank statements since inception of this deal. This will help him with investigating where all his payments has gone to.
