Absa bank Kenako poor service

<p>I hvv never been in a bank for more than 5 hours and I'm second in line . kenako branch is always slow but the branch is full of constaltants but they take lunch every 30 min .. I hate this branch with all my soul funeral claim takes 3 hiurs to be done not that it's a long process its just that each consultant wants to help 1 person.. I'm irritated to max ... I have never been this ****ed</p>
