ABSA BANK "keep school's money hostage" Account being blocked for access

It is with great disappointment, but with no other option, that I would like to air my view about the client service of ABSA Bank. I know that we are all exposed to ***** and hacking challenges and I don't have problems with security measurements, but to find two, of three accounts, where I,m involved as administrator of an ABSA Account, NOT ACCESSIBLE, EVERY NOW AND AGAIN, is totally frustrating and not acceptable. In all the cases where this happened, to both accounts, we've followed all the steps, to get the accounts operational again, just to start again, a month or two later! Why , why, why and how can this just happen. It is month end and salaries must be paid, but the account is blocked for access! I do have to emphasize that both accounts I'm referring to, are affecting the beneficiaries, children, directly, being an account of a primary school and an account for a regional sport(rugby) association. This situation, is the reason for the school and the association, not being able to pay salaries, water and electricity, the bills of urgent services, like the first aid assistance. We have spent hours with various consultants via telephone discussions and personal visits to a branch of ABSA, but with absolute , almost zero success. I would sincerely apprecaite if the customer care of ABSA Bank, can attend to this matter, as in immediately. A promise was made that the problem with the school's account will be solved within 45 minutes, today, so that salaries could be paid - it is three hours later now and the account is still blocked - no access!
