Absa Bank Journal Debit RCCS

My wife was retrenched and had insurance on her PL which she contacted ABSA insurance and gave her relief for a year, she then further mentioned that she is still unemployed and they have been pestering her. She found work and contacted ABSA PL insurance to advise that she’s found work and can she workout a payment arrangement, ABSA then went ahead to debit and amount of R5717 without her consent and knowledge. This is disgusting and ********* business practice as she has been in communication with ABSA thorough out everything and mentioned when she started to work and wanted to work out a repayment plan. Can this amount be urgently reversed and an arrangement can be done, this is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful for such a big bank , I wonder if everyone is being treated the same or is it a matter of the type of person you are????
