Absa bank is useless harresment people

Absa bank keep on harrasing me for over 5 months, they sending spam non stop , i stopped my acount from them a year ago almost, sms show i have R6900 in my account yet they want me to pay for what??? I reported these uselss bank and they send and called non stop, what will it take from them to stop harrasing me!!!!!
