ABSA BANK IS USELESS

Good day, I have been with ABSA bank for quite a few years and I really would not recommend anyone to use ABSA bank. I bought some stuff from Wish and they have refunded me the payment on the 24/09/2019, and when I request ABSA to clear the amount they are not willing to assist and they transfer you from one to the next. I have logged the complain with the complaints department and no one is willing to assist. It is My MONEY and I have send them all the proof of all the emails but still they don't want to clear the transaction..... I hope they will pay me the interest for the amount and I honestly thing they should pay back all my airtime that i have spent to try and get MY MONEY from them.......PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ABSA BANK, USE ANY OTHER BANK ....EVEN MY WIFE IS GOING TO MOVE ALL OUR STUFF FROM ABSA TO ANOTHER BANK.
