ABSA Bank is the worst bank ever

<p>Good Day, I am financing my car with ABSA bank. Early this year I was unemployed for 8 Months, but I have been paying my car for the past 6 Month, around August and Sep I was battling to pay my Monthly instalment, then the ABSA representative called me to say he want to reposes my car just after missing payment for 2 Months, I then told him that I have found a new Job, starting in 1st October, he said the payment of R13 600 is needed immediate or else I will be facing to lose my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I managed to pay off at least two Months of my instalment falling behind with 1 Month, to cut the story shot, every Month I am falling 1 Month behind due to recovering process (I am not just paying ABSA bank), now what ABSA do is disappointing, they go to my savings account and deduct R3500 without my concern or knowledge. I tried reversing the debit order but just because is ABSA Bank, you cannot reverse their own debit orders. I am frustrated with ABSA, I will change where I received my Monthly Salary to a different bank, and close off the Savings account I have with ABSA. This bank doesn’t care of their customers. Thank you ABSA for bad service, I will pay my car directly to the bank no more debit order. Bye bye to ABSA bank, (I see why FNB is the best). They took was left for me to go to work with, the next Month when you don’t pay your account they get surprises</p> <p> </p>
