Absa bank is the pits

Absa bank is giving the run around on a payment reversal that did not go through, on Monday the 16th of February 2026 i tried ordering on MrD PicknPay and my card declined yet money was deducted from my account when i ask Absa to do a reversal they're giving the run around and MrD confirmed that they did not receive any payment on their end because the money is uncleared, I've shared communication between MrD and myself to ABSA and they still won't reverse my money
