Absa Bank Is *****ing My Money!!!

I took out a homeloan 7 years ago and with it came an access account where I could save my money then withdraw it whenever I needed it with no issues. Till recently when I deposited money into that account but when I tried to withdraw it as I have an emergency, Veronica from homeloans tells me that things have changed and I can no longer withdraw my money. Even though I have no outstanding amount owed on my homeloan. I got transferred to complaints department and wven though I explained the urgency I'm told that they need 3 working days to decide if they are paying me back my money or not??????

The Audacity of this bank to want to decide if what happens with my hard earned money and still tell me that they will deduct a full instalment from my account on pay day even though they have retained extra money that I did not owe to them???? I was considering transferring my salary to this bank but after this treatment I agree with those who have cited that Absa Bank Is Trash!!!!
