Absa Bank is *****ing my money

Absa bank has been refusing to refund card purchases on my card which were cancelled by KFC SA on their app. Same for a card payment on the Bolt app which was cancelled by the driver without arriving to pick me up. Absa card authorisations department are ****** who want to ***** my money.
