ABSA bank is *****ing from the poor

I just want to say that I recently wrote a review on this Bank and I just want to say that I didn't get any help from this Bank, they stole money and they don't want to pay it back to me, I had an access bond where I could put extra money on it and I will be able to withdraw the extra money when I need it, to my surprise on the 10th of March when I wanted to withdraw the money I found out that the bank took some of my money, the response I get from the bank is that they sent me a letter on the 5th of March telling me about the changes of my access bond, my question to them is how long was I given to withdraw my money if there were changes, my money was already taken when the letter was sent on the 5th...I just to warn others that have access bond/flexi reserve account with ABSA to withdraw their money. The person who was handling my case is David Ndou and I am disappointed to say I didn't get any help from him.
