Absa Bank is destroying people's future

Absa Bank is destroying peoples future. I had a personal account with them, because of Covid 19 I struggled to repay it then app**** for debt review, because I was retrenched my account was handed over to MBD collections I managed to settle the account got the paid up letter and when it's time for me to get clearance certificate they declined it saying its not paid up.

The guys didn't even check the paid up letters and when I'm calling ABSA debt review department they say the account was handed over to MBD I must call MBD and MBD is saying I must call ABSA. Absa doesn't care about their customers.
