Absa bank is cruel

I’m so disappointed at absa bank, Absa consultant came to my college to help us open bank account,they us they are free of charge,and advice us to go the branch to pick my cards,so I did,but the lady who helped me gave me a cheque account and Ian a student and im 20years and I don’t have money to pay this fees they are talking about,their lawyers call me every day saying my account from Absa has been handed over to them and I must pay,im not working.Iam a student at TVet,,I don’t even have transport fare,they never explain anything to me except that my it’s a student accounts
