ABSA bank is a ****. WORST BANK EVER!!!

Absa bank is a ****. Worst bank ever!! After reporting *****ulent withdrawals that happened on my credit card in March 2023, I didnt hear anything from them until I escalated the matter via their actionline email on 07 July 2023 as I wanted to find out how far the investigation was. I received a call on 12 July 2023 from one of their investigators telling me that they decline my query and I am liable for the money. When I initially reported the matter, I asked them to check their cameras and when the investigator Brigid Motuba told me the feedback. She got her Manager to call me and the Manager basically told me that even if I can prove on the footage that it wasn't me that withdrew the money, the bank will still want the money from me because it was my card and my pin, as if in South Africa ***** is not rife. I refuse to continue banking with such a terrible institution. Absa doesnt take their customers seriously but quick to take money from people. WORST BANK EVER!!
