ABSA bank is a *******

I think ABSA should just remove ATM machines with no cameras because helpless people like me are ****** daily at those ATM yet the bank refuse to look into it or register your claim last year September l lost R 4000 at the ATM without giving my card to anyone yet at the Branch they refused to take my claim saying l have my card willingly. I am changing banks this is not fair at all
