Absa bank is a ****

I received a cash send and I went to the atms however I could not receive my money as the requested amount was not available in that atm.i left it and I went the following day and when I arrived I was told it is redeemed,I called absa and the rude consultant said I should go to the branch but before that I must go to all the atms and write down the numbers and go to the branch.i asked what is the point of the call centre but no help was rendered.IF ABSA WANTS THAT MONEY THEY MAY KEEP IT BUT LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS STUNT IS ***** AND THEY WILL LOOSE CLIENTS VERY SOON.
