absa bank is a problem for business

this woman Elza Webber of absa will make absa loose alot of clients honestly speaking., my business account has been on hold since on the 8 of October after which it was credited by their forex department and next thing this account is put on hold for investigation by Webber and I have provided all she asked for as documentation and now she can't give me a proper reason why my account is on hold after almost a month. when I call she will say I call too much and very rude very rude individual . I don't know how absa works at all they can't give me any reason why the funds is on hold now I see it was credited by journal account and still I can't get it in my account I need absa superiors to look into this matter. absa will loose customers with this kind of way they do business. bester mogkobi
