Absa Bank Insurance missing in action

Sitting with a tree on my roof which has come through my ceiling and caused water damage. Cannot get anyone to reply to my calls to Absa Bank Insurance nor any of my emails. Cannot start work with assessment being done. How do I get someone to contact me
