Absa bank insurance

Hi there. So last year I took out a home load with Absa and I moved into my new property beginning of this year. Not too long after that the toilet pipe burst that's leads from the bowl to the outside area. I then then call Absa to put in a claim as I have both household content insurance as well as the standard insurance for the property. I logged a claim ref Fwd: claimno: ***. The claims department sent me a company that I needed to pay access of nearly a R1000 to fix the small pipe. I payed it and they fixed it. Recently we recieved a mail stating that the claim was rejected for not being covered. Can someone from Absa please contact me immediately on *** as this sound strange to me. Something is not right. I would concidet taking my business elsewhere.

Also iv tried calling them to resolve this but nobody returns my calls back and the agent is not helpful. I need to speak to management.
