Absa Bank *********** staff!

I went to Absa Heirengracht in Cape Town to reset my card pin, after waiting for almost an hour the lady advised there is nothing that she can do she tried everyting on her side. I am extremely furious as I had to pay for parking and it took vangate mall Absa branch 5 minutes to assist me with the same problem. How is she evn competent to work in a bank if she cannot assit clients?
