Absa bank *********** consultants

Only give 1 star because there isnt a 0 option. My daughter is stranded at JFK airport because the forex consultant didnt bother giving us all the facts when issuing the card to us. After we told her that there is only 1 absa account that will be used to top up the cashpassport and that belonged to my daughter, who would be overseas. She didnt bother explaining that everytime she would need to authorize the transaction. She couldve have us sign letter of authorization for me to have signing powers. Not to mention that it took us 3 days to get the card because of her incompetence by nit telling us exactly how it works. We got to her office with yhe door wide open, my daughtrrs passport laying on her desk for anybody to take because she was on lunch. Total incompetence and I am encouraging my daughter to close all accounts with this bank
