ABSA BANK *********** AND INEFFICIENT

My mother in law passed away at the end of Feb 2021,as per her will Absa were to be the executors. Documents were submitted to Absa in March 2021. Nearly 6 months down the line and the documents have still NOT been submitted to the Master of the Court so that Absa can be nominated as the Executors. My husband has been in contact with Absa for the last 2 months trying to find out the status, he was told early in July that the documents had been submitted to the Master of the Court. My husband phones Absa on average of twice a week, up until Friday he was under the impression the documents had gone to the Master of the Court. For the last 2 months all we have heard are excuses and empty promises, no one bothers to follow up and come back to you. But the biggest question is WHY WERE THE DOCUMENTS NOT SUBMITTED TO THE MASTER OF THE COURT MONTHS AGO? Please do NOT use covid as an excuse because very clearly Absa employees are *********** and inefficient at doing their jobs, there is NO such thing as following up as far as your employees are concerned. Absa Bank is worse than State Owned Entities. What an absolute pity my mother in law wanted Absa to act as executors of her estate, I will NEVER recommend Absa to anybody, this whole saga has proved that Absa is just a money making entity and does NOT care about their customers. My husband is at his wits end with Absa because he cannot get any answers. We already know that this review will make no difference as we will just hear the same **** we've already heard up to now
