Absa Bank ***********

My experience with Absa Personal loans has inconvenienced me immensely. The staff are unhelpful. I have been on the phone with them for the past 6 months trying to change my debit order bank details. When I finally get assisted after months of going back and forth and switch my details, They debit both my accounts in the same month after assuring me this would not happen. I called in this morning and was told that they cannot help me today and I will have to call back tomorrow. I asked for assistance from a senior manager and was told that all the team leaders are busy and in meetings today. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will make sure that I never bank there again
