Absa bank in Savanna Mall

Went to Absa in Polokwane CBD only to find a guard telling me that they don't open Saturday I can go to savanna Mall or Mall of the North they close at 12:00 that was after 9:30,drove to Savanna Mall only to find a long long that was not moving outside the security guard was help people to go 1 by 1 we were still standing out side hoping to be helped 11:00 a big bold dark guy open the door just for his head to fit and said the bank is close go home.
