ABSA BANK HOME LOAN INSURANCE

My copper pipes where ****** 2 weeks ago and I tried to call the call centre Absa home loan insurance only to be put on hold waiting for agent to assist. My cell phone airtime ran out and I repurchase and that to was a waste of airtime as no agent answered. I emailed them. They sent form. I filled. Received sms of a company to assess and they came through. Assessment done and they said they will be back tomorrow with the materials. They never came when phoned them the next day to be told they are awaiting for authorization for the quote. I tried calling the bank again only waste of my airtime. I emailed them and they said the matter was getting processed in 2 to 4 days will be sorted. Uptil this day they have not authorized the plumber assigned. My home loan and insurance is upto date. But their service is very poor. Without water almost 2 weeks.
