ABSA Bank Home Loan dep-inconsideration operating hours

I went into the ABSA Bank at Loch Logan, Bloemfontein, Yesterday ,1 June 2019, which was a Saturday, and asked to see a home loan consultant with regards to my existing home loan with ABSA. I was told by the help desk, that ABSA bank consultants do not work on a Saturday at any branch. It is a very much of an inconvenience to me. I was also told that the home loan consultants work, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 15:30. I unfortunately work 8:00 to 17:00, which makes it very difficult for me to deal with your bank
