Absa Bank-Home Loan Credit portion

Imagine a company that cant find your policy for 3 months that you are trying to cancel, eventually finds it tells you its cancelled but still makes you pay for it....

Now I must name drop

Me :) : "Can you confirm I will not be liable and that my premium which is to go off on the 25 of February will be adjusted accordingly? "

Nomsa Dhlamini ( ABSA representative ) : " Kindly note the policy is cancelled and the premium should not be reflecting in your home loan statement."

and now we are here 26.02.2025, and my payment was not adjusted accordingly

now I must embarrass myself and complain here because you cant solve a simple problem: 1-Find Policy 2-Cancel Policy 3-Adjust premium.

Why is this difficult?
