ABSA BANK hollow promises

Dear Sir/Madam

After numerous requests and visits to ABSA BANK I was told that I could use the internet banking facility overseas. All I have to do is to send per email a request to ABSA BANK's RVN section spelling out the request and that they will do it without any avail.

Nadia's answer was to send numerous scanned documents including my signature etc, etc.

NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH ABSA NOT KEEPING TO THEIR ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS???

Bottom line is that you CANNOT TRUST WHAT OFFICIALS IN ABSA TELL YOU TO DO . You follow those instructions and then they come with the next lot of instructions and you follow that then there are a next lot of instructions!!!! Bottom line is INTERNET BANKING WITH ABSA DOES NOT OWRK.

Bottom line is:

FORGET ABSA AS A BAN****!

M J ROOS

This was my request as I were instructed INSIDE an ABSA BANK by two ABSA officials on the airport. They also said that I can send this request from the overseas country where I were flying to.

This was my request:

Dear Sir/Madam
Please set your system in such a way as to SEND my RVN to my email address and NOT to my mobile number as it is currently.
email address: ********** />Thank you.
Kind regards,
M J ROOS
********** 921

Their answer:

RVN-Forensics ********** />To MJ Roos
CC ********** Today at 11:04

Dear M J Roos

Thank you for your email.

I have received your request concerning your Internet Banking (RVN) via email. To enable me to authenticate your account details and to setup your RVN to your
preferred method you are required to provide me with the following documents:

Copy of SA Identity Document or

Copy of Passport

A Signature specimen

A signed indemnity form (For the email option)

Please see attached document

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact me via email at ********** or the Helpdesk on 08 ********** 0, International number +27 11
********** .

Kind Regards

Nadia Tait
Email Administrator
Absa Contact Centre
www.absa.co.za
