Absa Bank holding money

Absa is holding my Son's social grant it's been 3 months now I can't access the money. Last month I was sent email that they're terminating relationship with me but account is still receiving funds here and I can't use the money... I understand I can't bank with absa anymore but I need my child's grant for 3 months

Hello I'm at the branch they say they can't close account because you didn't remove the hold on the account they also sent you an email regarding the case and removing hold on the account
