ABSA BANK HOLDING BACK FLEXI RESERVE *******LY

I have been an ABSA client for many years and have never had any arrears on any of my accounts. I noticed an amount on my flexi reserve as "available" being different to so called "Prepaid funds available under FlexiReserve'. When I called the bank to find out why I cannot access the difference I was given many different stories, the last one being that I will have to apply for new whole new bond. I had apparently been using the bond to "save money" and that this should not be done with a flexi reserve. I was shocked!! Needless to say I have transferred out all of the funds "available" but a balance remains "hanging" in the flexi reserve account. Currently the amount of R11192.31 is in the account but I cannot transfer it out. I am in need of these funds and demand some sort of assistance. Call centres all give different answers.
