Absa bank hinders Church from growing and exceeding even after 17 years of banking with Absa, loyalty is not a priority for Absa

As a church we have been banking with Absa for 17 years. And now that we need Absa to believe in our Mission as a Church they are hindering our further growth. We are applying to buy a permanent building for the church but have been declined. Even though we have a 10% deposit and are able to pay the registration and bond attorney we have been declined. As a church the bond cost would not even be 20% of our monthly income. It is clear that we can afford to buy it but because its a church we are viewed in a different way.
