ABSA Bank has zero customer service

I needed my address to be changed,I submitted my lease agreement on the 3rd of June and it says on their app it takes 7 days for them to update address, it's going to be a month tomorrow I mean come on how hard is your job to just change the address on app so I reorder my card because never mind their fact that the delivery driver used pitched up on not the agreed day and never attempted delivery second time
