Absa bank has not updated my profile on ITC

I went thru a debt review process in year 2013 & 2014.I then left this process in December 2014.I sent a letter confirming that i'm no longer on debt review to all my creditors including Absa bank in December 2014<br> <br> I did a vehicle finance application this month only to find that Absa bank still has not updated my profile. According to Absa bank , I'm still under debt review<br> <br> I would like Absa to update my profile ASAP
