Absa bank handover to lawyers and I’m paying my vehicle finance account every month

I purchased a vehicle last year in March 2019 financed through Absa bank. In November 2019 I Had attempted hijacking car was damaged and written off through Absa bank insurance. This was all great and well until it came to paying Absa insurance paid for my car and I ended up having a shortfall balance on the vehicles capital. I then arranged with Absa in order to pay a reduced installment for the remaining balance however going forward Absa handed me over to their legal department and listed me on my credit bureau, which no one at Absa has a answer too. By them doing this they’ve left a record on my bureau and now I can’t apply for anything nor get vehicle finance again. I’ve been making numerous of calls since December 2019 to all the department which the agents said I must contact no one at the bank has a clear reason as to why I’m now struggling to get a vehicle anywhere because of Absa listing me even tho I’ve been paying every single month and some months more then I should and still I’m paying but no one can advice me of anything, Ive complained to Absa combat department to get answer I was told they called me back but no one did. It’s MAY 2020 and still nothing. I’m so frustrated calling this bank for answer I’m not longer wasting my airtime as I constantly have to call JHB numbers from my cellphone I’m done.
