ABSA bank grants bond and takes it back after grant!

ABSA granted my bond. Shocking after we received confirmation of the grant and our welcome letter and a introduction call from ABSA's bond attorneys they again send out a property assessor. We got the news that ABSA will not be going ahead with our bond. We have relocated already. We had already gone to lengths and large costs to settle. No the seller wants to put the property in the market. We are stranded. The bank is just not responding. We have gone to the ombudsman for the bank! Also no response! Do not use ABSA! This is not because we do not qualify. They our property is a holiday resort. But this is our home! The zoning certificate confirms it as residential.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
