ABSA Bank giving clients wrong products and still taking their money.

My daughter of 19 years old opened a bank account at Absa for the SRD R350 grant.Absa gave her a cheque account.They deduct charges every month they took the R350 for two months for bank charges. She is now handed over to the attorneys. She never worked in her life no debit orders from her account only the R350 which Absa decided to take.She is currently in drug rehab which I also explain to Nicola from Absa Campus Square.
